Because Speaker Pelosi cannot find enough votes to pass the deeply unpopular ObamaCare bill in a constitutional way, she is hoping you and other Americans won't notice, or won't care, whether she passes ObamaCare in an unconstitutional and blatantly corrupt way.

 

Her latest plan is called the "Slaughter Rule", which would allow the House to vote on a different bill and "deem" the Senate's ObamaCare bill as being "passed" at the same time as the other bill is passed, without having an actual up and down vote on the ObamaCare bill.

  

Said Pelosi in an interview: "It's more insider and process-oriented than most people want to know....but I like it, because people don't have to vote on the Senate bill."

 

Pelosi may like "deeming" laws passed, but passing laws without voting on them is blatantly unconstitutional.  As former federal judge Michael McConnell wrote in the Wall Street Journal: 

 

"It may be clever, but it is not constitutional. To become law...the Senate health-care bill must actually be signed into law. The Constitution speaks directly to how that is done. According to Article I, Section 7, in order for a "Bill" to "become a Law," it "shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate" and be "presented to the President of the United States" for signature or veto. Unless a bill actually has "passed" both Houses, it cannot be presented to the president and cannot become a law."

 

 

 

Rep. Henry Waxman, D-California said, "If the Republicans refuse to support the end of debate so that a majority can work its will we're fortunate enough to have a process so the majority can work its will through the reconciliation activities."

So a majority can work it’s will---what about the will of the American people? Most polls I have read show that the MAJORITY of Americans don't want this huge wasteful reform. We all agree health care needs fixing, insurance goes up about 17% every year for many, but let’s do it so we don't bankrupt America. The will of the people is that they don't want this joke of a reform. And as to the reconciliation--I hope they see the light at the end of tunnel going out--because if they ram this through with reconciliation I would think the coming elections are going to show them who the majority really is.

  • MRC report that by a 12 point margin, those asked, in a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey, called “Barack Obama’s health care plan” a “bad idea” (48 percent) over a “good idea” (36 percent.) Yet, NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams on Tuesday evening skipped that verdict as he declared “people are evenly split” on “the President’s health care reform plan.” From the accompanying graphic, viewers could learn Williams was referring to what people say about enacting it: “pass” (46 percent) vs. “don’t pass” (45 percent). The actual question presented a stark alternative of endorsing the status quo: “Do you think it would be better to pass Barack Obama’s health care plan and make its changes to the health care system or to not pass this plan and keep the current health care system?” Yet the one-point gap was the closest-ever in the poll as “better to not pass this plan, keep current system” grew to 45 percent from 39 percent last September, a trend neither Williams nor Chuck Todd pointed out.

 

  • WSJ reported that Bernanke warned against narrowing the fed’s focus on smaller banks. Bernake stated that a Senate proposal to end the Fed's oversight of smaller banks would unwisely narrow the central bank's focus to the nation's largest financial institutions.

New and Approved Barack Hussein Obama

The drama centering around the new and approved Barack Hussein Obama, “The Chosen One”, Nancy Pelosi, The Incompetent One” and Harry Reid, “The Incoherent One” should strike fear in the hearts, minds and lives of every American citizen.

 

This will not only take another bite out of our freedom, but it will also raise taxes, compound additional monetary burdens to our already exorbitant deficit, initiate inflation and an unconscionable mugging to our already drained budgetary resources, by these arrogant blood suckers. It also leaves questionable reasonable doubt to the future of our healthcare system and most importantly the future of our health, welfare and well being. Their bill will most definitely enhance unacceptable control, by the Federal Government of all our medical and personal freedoms.

 

Past history has proven one thing, in which today’s Socialist Democrats failed to realize, and always seem to develop continued stupidity, ineptitude and uselessness. They seem to prey on the misery of others by offering escalating dependencies to shackle them into a life of total obedience, for the Party’s own personal gains.

 

Their unstable, hopeless bungling and unreasonable conceited mentality creates a three monkey atmosphere, of seeing, hearing, and speaking no evil relating to a Marxist restricted regime of total dominance. It has been proven throughout our history that government operated Agencies, and takeovers are a terribly unfeasible mistake.

 

Look towards the Presidency and Congress for any and all ill advised recommendations in creating wasteful unproductive solutions, which usually manufactures additional tribulations of endless, clueless conclusions. The most inefficient, highly bureaucratic programs have proven throughout the years, to be a scandalous trademark of misused, unproductive entitlements for years, with piercing expressions and observations that it would most definitely crash and burn into a problematic disgrace.

 

Everything they enacted in the past became an extravagant venture in ineffectiveness, of all aspects, which produced an undesirable futile attempt in improving the quality of life, while diminishing life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The only ones, who usually profited, were the thieves, political hacks, leeches and unproductive social losers.

 

These entitlements offered, increased fraud and abuse, while the degraded individuals accepted and agreed to be completely monitored, with their willingness to sell their rights, souls and future to the bureaucratic Socialist devils.

 

There are naturally exceptions to every rule, such as our brave military and law enforcement. Sometimes they are even infected by the Social viruses which spread their contagious disease of apprehension, with illogical life threatening motives, by having their hands tied by non- military political cowards and deceptive morons that are appointed by the Commander-In-Chief.

 

This contemptible leadership of insensibility believes we should subserviently bow our heads to dictators and terrorist, granting them full Miranda rights which unconscionably undermines our history, forefathers, heroes, beliefs, ideologies, respect, bravery, sovereignty and defenses in the name of being politically correct to a world of full of Anti-American hate and hostility.

 

Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s Administration established Social Security in 1935. The original concept, which was of humanitarian in nature, had a very positive, prosperous outlook for the government. It essentially forced and collected additional tax revenue, as payment for this service, into the federal coffers, as justification for helping all those who had not had the opportunity or ability to prepare themselves for retirement.

 

It was an exceptional good bet for the United States Government that had the percentages on their side, because most individuals would not live long enough to collect any benefits.

 

The Social Security Administration stated on their website that the life expectancy in the 1930’s were 58 years of age for men and 62 years of age for women. Today Social Security is slowly tipping the scales towards bankruptcy, even though we all know that the government will keep it afloat no matter what the cost.

 

Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower expanded the system, during his Administration in the 50’s which added additional financial burdens.

 

It’s obvious, with the information we have today that no government bureaucrat, bothered or cared to anticipate or calculate, longevity, medical advancements, borrowing, misuse of funds, improved living conditions, population increases into the formula. Maybe they did and just decided to pass the buck to the next generation, disregarding the eventuality that these conditions would eventually absorb the system into submission.

 

They took an initially good thing and converted it into a nightmare of bureaucratic mumble jumble, with unfair determinations made and dictated by unqualified employees that sit in judgment. They automatically generated an unsympathetic mind boggling, no way out maze of needles propaganda. That unfairly denies acceptance for all those qualified with disabilities, forcing appeals and hiring legal representation.

 

The system never really developed an acceptable living wage, without the necessity of additional supplemental entitlements or incomes.  It never kept up with the proper rate of inflation, because with every cost of living increase, Medicare contributions also escalated. Crucial benefits to deceased parental adolescent survivors were outrageously reduced to a shocking measure of inhumanity.

 

The United States Postal Services are constantly asking for increases in postage rates. They are not only going to cut hours, services and employees, but are also finding difficulty in providing adequate adherences to their written creed, while improving the responsibility and duty they have towards their customers.

 

Classes should be a provided in all educational institutions, using them as an example on how not to operate a business. Unfortunately instead of continually blaming the low level associates, why wasn’t there a feasible legitimate operational study conducted to expose all waste? Why wasn’t there an evaluation initiated concerning the competences of all high paid upper management positions on their determinations that all proper cost effective procedures and policies were implemented? This must also include an impartial evaluation on their own job specifications to justify their positions.

 

Fannie May, Freddie Mac, The War on Poverty, Medicare and Medicaid, are in dire need of a complete operational overhaul. Their inefficiencies, coupled with an unbelievably rampart, uncontrollable financial abuses and illegitimate services of escalated fraud and deception, keeps them constantly in the red. They are habitually sucking us and their organizations dry. These malpractices unjustly affect all those lives that are legitimately depending on their success; unfortunately they were betrayed by these unscrupulous reprehensible maggots, public and private.

 

The Department of Energy was enacted in 1977, by another who was labeled brilliant, by the Socialist Democrats and in his own mind, President Jimmy Carter, “The Clueless One” to end our dependency on foreign oil. The final analysis, after 33 years of existence, we import more oil than ever before.

 

Do you really trust and have and have the overwhelming confidences in our government to manage healthcare? Do you really have the overwhelming confidences and trust in having them be the deciding factor in determining all life and death decisions involving the heath and well being of your family?

 

If you actually believe they can, after years of established failures, lack of ability, ineffectiveness and neglect, then I sincerely hope there is a provision in the bill offering free psychological evaluations and care.

 

The Socialist Democrats, lead by Obama, Pelosi, and Reid, (Moe, Larry and Curly) continue to have the audacity, whether their outcome is successful or not, to shove this unpopular, forced, unconstitutional, government managed healthcare program catastrophe, down our throats.

 

Ladies and Gentleman we are no longer living in a free society, but it’s not too late to alter this course.  Speak up; don’t be afraid or intimidated to exercise all your constitutional rights, because if you don’t, like unused muscles they will slowly disintegrate. Remember they all work for you.
