Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos last week hyped Barack Obama's handling of the decision to fire General Stanley McChrystal and replace him with David Petraeus, lauding the action as a "political masterstroke." His comments built on extensive media praise, including many reporters who called the move "brilliant." Stephanopoulos seemed particularly pleased. The former Democratic aide turned journalist extolled, "...That pick really seems to have been the political masterstroke that got President Obama out of the tight box he was in. It's being welcomed both by Democrats and Republicans on Capitol Hill."

Funny but does Stephanopoulos believe he has the power to influence people? Does anyone actually care what he has to say? Does he actually buy into what he is saying? I bet he doesn’t but of f course the hack liberal media is trying their hardest to paint Obama as a leader but the rest of America knows that Obama can’t handle a crisis very well.

Because McChrystal spoke the truth is the real reason he is out. That’s not being brilliant, that’s just trying to squash the truth about this administration.

Joe Biden does it again. Vice President Joe Biden recently visited a custard shop while campaigning for an incumbent Senator and was given a frozen custard treat. Upon receiving the tasty treat, he asked the manager how much did he owe? The manager said, “Don’t worry, it’s on the house… lower our taxes and we’ll call it even.” To which Biden responds back by saying, “Why don’t you say something nice instead of being a smartass all the time.”

Joe, you should take your own advice, why don’t you say something intelligent for a change. This guy is a complete moron; the liberals know it and try to make it sound like oh its uncle Joe.

Biden also put his foot in his mouth by saying we will never recover all the jobs lost during the recession. Joe, think before you talk or just go to a dark cave and stay there.

The facts are Biden has no clue what it takes to manage a business, balance a budget, or make a payroll, yet he makes these dumb comments that show the true intelligence of our Vice President, the second in line to the Presidency. Makes you wonder if Obama and Biden truly know what America is all about.

Now I’ve been saying this for over a year now but many Americans now believe this recession has not ended and some believe we are headed for a double-dip.

Facts are this recession is not over, have things become better, yes but not to the point I would say we are out of a recession.

  • Housing numbers are still horrible.

  • Jobs still hard to come by with close to 10% unemployment.

  • The bond market is distressed.

A big concern for many is that the economy is sputtering despite the Fed’s historically easy policies and the government’s huge spending binge. We have spent a ton of money with little or nothing to show for it.

Notes:

  • West VA. Senator Robert Byrd died this week; he was the longest serving Senator with no brains left and was making policy for America. Shame on West VA for voting this guy back so many times and at the age of 90, I seriously doubt this guy knew the time of day. It’s no wonder the Democrats are scrambling on this finance reform bill, Byrd’s death leaves a void and now the dems can’t manipulate and confuse another like they did with Byrd into voting their way, which they have done so for at least the last 4 years.

  • Out of work job applicants were told by a few companies on their websites not to apply. Some companies view people out of work as a performance issue which in this atmosphere is senseless. There are millions of Americans unemployed through no fault of their own. There is plenty of quality talent out their which some companies grabbed without thinking. If an employer feels the best qualified are the ones working, they have no appreciation for the crisis we’re in right now and what goes around comes around.

The Fourth of July

William P. Frasca

The Fourth of July, the nativity of our independence, the precious beginnings of our emancipation, must be reverently preserved and celebrated as a day of complete human liberation and reflection, which is The United States of America.

We should never forget all those in the armed forces and civilian personnel that unselfishly defended and protected us in the past and present, throughout the world, who left their families, went fearlessly into battle, suffered disabilities, gave the ultimate sacrifice or was blessed by God to come home safe, sound and unharmed. We will be forever in their debt and they will always be, for all eternity, our true brave heroes.

We must never forget all our beloved forefathers that had the strength, courage and insight to envision a dream and molded it into a glorious reality. Their courageous foresight and vision was to establish an independent Nation and to live free from tyranny and abuse. These brilliant architects, of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness had the ability, strength and fortitude to unselfishly risk their own lives, the lives of their families, together with the possibility of losing everything for the sake of remaining free. This sacrifice actually did happen to some of the patriots. They not only talked the talk, but walked the walk in face of sure death, if apprehended. Our first American heroes were willing to fight for their freedoms and inalienable God Given Rights, as individuals. They truly believed in Patrick Henry’s quote, “Give me Liberty or Give me Death”

Whether anyone realizes it or not we are faced, today, with the same dilemmas, except it’s not with Great Britain , but with our own government. Think this is very humorous; well let’s look at the comparisons more closely.

We are presently facing the same humiliating dilemmas presently, today, in the United States of America . We are cursed with our own renegade, House of Commons and Lords, called the United States Congress ad Senate, together with our own King George, our President Barack Hussein Obama, “The Chosen One”. Their number one rule, primarily in existence, is to enhance their authority over the populous. Can we actually and truthfully say, without a doubt, that we have an elected body of government of, by and for the people? Especially, when we are being forced to comply with the hardships of a runaway budget, bailouts, private company takeovers by the government, ignoring the Constitution, thievery, high taxes, and additional taxes, lack of ambition, social leeches, incompetence, and vanity, combined, with countless measures of mandatory, compulsory freedom eliminating government controls, policies and regulations over our daily lives.

They stymied our freedom of speech, told us what to eat, compromised our religious symbols, and holidays, humiliated and changed the meanings of our sacred National holidays, together with using despicable strong arm tactics and corruption initiated by the Socialist Marxist Democrats that vigorously rammed Obamacare down our throats, against the will of the people. Do we actually have any control over our government operations? Do we actually have taxation with representation or are we just living a myth?

I’m in no way shape or form authorizing, advocating or suggesting that we have another violent American Revolution, or to forcefully overthrow the government, on the contrary. I’m only pointing out that our forefather did all the hard work for us, by astutely and cleverly developing numerous, multiple peaceful tools of non-violent weaponry, to defend against and counteract any and all negative inflictions of authoritarian rule. These are the powers of the vote, checks and balances of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of our government, and our guaranteed God Given precious rights stated in the United States Constitution. These must be utilized and preserved at all cost and must never be compromised.

There were so many great men, women, races, creeds, colors and religions that intelligently and physically initiated, fought and died in creating the birth of this great nation, in which we must be forever grateful.  I couldn’t possibly name all of them in this article. Let’s start at the beginning by recognizing the most fascinating piece of literature that marked the primary stages of our Independence from Great Britain , “The Declaration of Independence”. This openly announced that we, the people of the 13 Colonies had stated in writing that they broke free from England and proclaimed their freedom to the world, ending their forced degrading subservient role of indentured servitude. The finalization of these scared words which was primarily written by Thomas Jefferson released the albatross around their necks, which was choking the life out of them. These words marked the point of no return, and immediately stressed liberty and justice for all.

Fifty-six individuals from each of the original 13 colonies participated in the Second Continental Congress and signed the Declaration of Independence. Some of these names are unfortunately unknown patriots that were lost in our American history texts and classes, by the sacrilegious demeanor of the Progressives. They constantly and relentlessly try to humiliate these true American heroes, by omitting them from our history, falsely interpreting and attempting to rewrite the truth, just to further their own self serving gains which is to empower their own beliefs and ideologies on us all, by using every means at their disposal, to degrade our very existence as a great Nation, past, present and future. We must never, as the offspring’s of these Great Americans, to become so complacent, as to allow these audacities to continue, without legitimate and legal protest.

The signers of the Declaration of Independence were:

Connecticut : Samuel Huntington, Roger Sherman, William Williams, Oliver Wolcott.

Delaware , George Read, Caesar Rodney, Thomas McKean.

Georgia : Button Gwinnett, Lyman Hall, George Walton.

Maryland : Charles Carroll, Samuel Chase, Thomas Stone, William Paca.

Massachusetts : John Adams, Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Robert Treat Paine, Elbridge Gerry.

New Hampshire : Josiah Bartlett, William Whipple, Matthew Thornton.

New Jersey : Abraham Clark, John Hart, Francis Hopkinson, Richard Stockton, John Witherspoon.

New York : Lewis Morris, Philip Livingston, Francis Lewis, William Floyd.

North Carolina : William Hooper, John Penn, Joseph Hewes

Pennsylvania : George Clymer, Benjamin Franklin, Robert Morris, John Morton, Benjamin Rush, George Ross, James Smith, James Wilson, George Taylor.

Rhode Island : Stephen Hopkins, William Ellery.

South Carolina : Edward Rutledge, Arthur Middleton, Thomas Lynch, Jr., Thomas Heyward, Jr.

Virginia : Richard Henry Lee, Francis Lightfoot Lee, Carter Braxton, Benjamin Harrison, Thomas Jefferson, George Wythe, Thomas Nelson, Jr.

Happy Birthday America , May God Please Bless You Forever!
